The Olympics are so close, so very close.
There are only three days left until the opening ceremony, and in not-so-British fashion everything seems to be running along smoothly (excluding that slight security issue of course, but that’s sorted now) and in a very British fashion everyone is moaning about it.
The traffic caused by the arrival of the Olympians, people adamant that the Olympics will not do them any good, the whole debacle about advertising and complaints about the Olympic torch. Continue reading
Well I would just like to say a massive thank you to Becky from Blogs-Of-A-Bookaholic. Like the title says, the Olympic torch was in Southampton today. Right next to the building I have one of my seminars in. I got there with about ten minutes to spare and was so very tempted to risk being late to Ethics just so could get my photo taken with it. Continue reading
